🧾 Service Warranty Policy – Grace Computers, Coimbatore

We value your trust and aim to provide reliable and transparent service. This Service Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, duration, and exclusions related to all laptop, desktop, printer, and CCTV services provided by Grace Computers.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Repair and replacement services for laptops, desktops, printers, and CCTV systems are covered under our warranty program.
  • Warranty applies only to the specific issue repaired or part replaced.
  • The warranty is void if the device is opened or tampered with by unauthorized persons after servicing.

2. Warranty Duration

  • Chip-level repair: 10 days
  • Motherboard or screen replacement: 60 to 90 days (depending on parts used)
  • Software installation & virus removal: 7 days limited warranty (no re-infection coverage)
  • Printer servicing: 3–15 days based on repair type

3. Claim Procedure

  • Customer must present the original invoice with GST number and warranty period mentioned.
  • Claims can be raised via email at info@gracecomputers.in or WhatsApp support.
  • Device must be brought to the service center or pickup arranged (pickup charges apply).

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Issues caused by liquid damage, fire, electrical surge, or accidental physical damage
  • Software issues due to user-installed programs or malware post-service
  • Any issues not originally mentioned and resolved during service
  • Consumables like toner, cartridges, or batteries unless replaced by us

5. Warranty Void Conditions

  • If device shows signs of tampering, third-party repairs, or damage post-service
  • If the customer fails to provide the invoice or service reference
  • Device serial mismatch or part alteration after servicing

6. Grace Computers Commitment

  • All parts used are tested and genuine as per availability
  • All services include pre-check and post-check documentation
  • We strive for resolution or replacement as per diagnosis under warranty

7. Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Devices or components under official brand warranty (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Apple) must be serviced directly by the respective brand’s authorized service center.
  • Grace Computers does not handle official brand warranty claims or submit claims on behalf of customers.
  • If your device is under manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the brand service center before using third-party repair services to avoid warranty voiding.
